Depression Therapy

Start feeling like yourself again or get to know who that even is
It feels like everything takes effort. Getting out of bed. Answering texts. Pretending you’re okay.
You’re tired all the time, in your body, in your mind, in your heart. You try to keep up with work, friends, life… but inside, it’s like a fog has settled in. You don’t feel like yourself. Or maybe you’re not even sure who that is anymore.
You might look fine on the outside, but inside, you feel numb, disengaged, or like something’s just off.
Depression doesn’t always look like sadness
Sometimes it looks like disconnection, exhaustion, or going through the motions
You wake up feeling heavy or hopeless and don’t know how to shake it off.
You’ve stopped enjoying things you used to love and everything feels dull.
You isolate or avoid people because it's too much to fake being okay.
You’re hard on yourself replaying past mistakes or feeling like you’re not enough.
You feel like you're just surviving each day, not really living.
You wonder if something is wrong with you, or if this is just who you are now.
Depression can make you feel stuck and alone. But you don’t have to stay there.
Therapy for depression can help you reconnect
with yourself and your life
Lighten the emotional heaviness that’s been weighing you down.
Explore what’s beneath the numbness or sadness with compassion.
Challenge the inner critic and learn to respond with more kindness.
Make sense of your emotions instead of pushing them down or judging them.
Rebuild motivation, energy, and a sense of direction.
Feel more like you again — or get to know yourself in a deeper, more authentic way.
It’s okay if you don’t know what you need yet. We can figure it out together.
What depression therapy looks like with me
I work with people who are used to pushing through — who’ve been high-functioning for a long time, even while hurting inside. Maybe this is the first time you’re letting yourself slow down enough to notice how bad it’s gotten. Or maybe you’ve known for a while and just haven’t had the energy to deal with it.
We’ll take it one step at a time. I’ll help you unpack what you’re feeling, offer tools when helpful, and create space where you are welcome to just be you, even the parts that feel heavy, sad, or lost.
I’m not going to talk in a faux-soothing therapist voice or ask how things make you feel a hundred times. I’m a real person, and I show up that way in the room. You can expect honesty, warmth, curiosity, and care - even when things are hard.
You don’t have to figure this out alone
If you’re feeling stuck, flat, or unsure how to move forward, therapy can be a place to begin
Even reaching out can be a step toward something new.
